Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. 
  • We aim to meet all estimated delivery times; however, delays may occur due to courier issues or issues beyond our control. 
  • If you're planning to travel, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery. 

Missing Deliveries

  • If your parcel is missing, please first contact the courier for proof of delivery. If you are unable to resolve the issue, reach out to our team at shoptliajewelry@gmail.com

Damaged Deliveries

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage and contact our team at shoptliajewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible. 
  • T'lia Jewelry is not responsible for damage caused by improper opening or handling of the parcel after delivery. 

My order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. 

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your mailbox and property: Look around your property for any areas where the parcel may have been tucked away out of sight, including entrances, around the garage, and mailrooms or front desk reception areas. Don't forget to check with other members of your household and neighbors, as sometimes parcels are received on your behalf.  
  2. Report the missing parcel to the courier: If you still cannot find the parcel, contact the courier directly to report it as missing. 
  3. Provide us with the inquiry number: Once the missing parcel has been reported, please send us the inquiry number and a screenshot of the report/email. 
  4. Next steps: While we will do our best to assist you, please note T'lia Jewelry is unable to offer refunds on missing parcels. 

What should I do if I've entered the wrong shipping address?

If you've made an error in your shipping address or need to make any order changes, please note the following:

  • You have 30 minutes after placing your order to make any changes.
  • During this time, you can make any amendments by using the "View or Edit Order" link in your confirmation email to update your address. 

If it has been more than 30 minutes since your order was placed, please contact us as soon as possible at shoptliajewelry@gmail.com. While we'll do our best to make the update before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes can be made due to fast processing times. 

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to contact the courier directly to update the address or arrange collection from the incorrect address. T'lia Jewelry is not liable for any misdelivered or lost parcels. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you've received an incorrect item, please email our team at shoptliajewelry@gmail.com with photos of the item you were sent. Our team will review the details and provide you with options to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

I think the courier has lost my order, what should I do?

We understand how frustrating it can be when a parcel goes missing, and we're here to assist you! Please follow these steps to help us resolve the situation: 

  1. If your order hasn't received any tracking updates within 7 business days, please reach out to the courier directly to open an inquiry. They will provide you with an inquiry/case number. 
  2. The courier should offer an update on your parcel within 2-5 business days. If the parcel is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow a little extra time for delivery. 
  3. If your parcel is declared as lost in transit, please email our team at shoptliajewelry@gmail.com with a screenshot of the email from the courier confirming the parcel as Lost in Transit. 

Please note that while we cannot offer refunds on missing parcels, T'lia Jewelry will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
